In celebration of Guild Hall's 2 year anniversary, the Miami Pixel String Quartet performed an exciting and beautiful program. Making music with friends is one of the best parts about this job, as well as seeing what some of these pieces mean to the audience. So many people came up to us after with big smiles on their faces, gushing over their favorite pieces and games, and asking when we'd be back. We were even asked for an autograph, which made our night.

Wrapping up my time at FIU with Yandel's "Sinfónico USA Tour 2025" was the best. We joined him on the Florida portion of his tour, doing shows in both Miami and Orlando. I was able to really take in and enjoy the experience more than ever, knowing it might be the last one for a while. My favorite part is seeing how much fun everyone has, from the audience to the musicians. It's great energy all around!

The Miami Pixel String Quartet presented an all Star Wars themed concert on May 4th, drawing in music lovers and Star Wars fans alike. Everyone had a great time, and we can't wait to do it again!

I am so grateful for the past two years I've spent at FIU. It has been a greater blessing than I could've imagined, and the experience wouldn't have been what it was without the incredible people around me. I gave my degree recital wanting to show that gratitude, and am looking forward to what the future holds after graduation.

The Miami Pixel Symphony put on a Studio Ghibli concert back in April, and it was a meaningful experience for everyone. The audience's reaction radiated their love for these films, and it was probably one of the fastest standing ovations I have ever seen. For this concert I sat principal second, which is one of my favorite places to sit in orchestra.

To kick of 2025, I visited the University of Miami to record music for the short film, "News Without a Newsroom." Musicians, audio engineers, and student composers all came together, with each area of expertise proving essential to record this album.  (I always admire the level of knowledge and precision it takes to navigate so much technology at once!)

Festival of the Lights was a blast, and I loved seeing the audience's excitement throughout the shows! We played a variety of holiday-themed music while pictures were projected on the nearby buildings. The performances were also interactive, as volunteers from the audience got a chance to conduct the orchestra at the start of each show. It definitely brought in some fun, festive energy!

Miami Pixel partnered with the New World Center to host an interactive side-by-side workshop. This paired students up with some of the orchestra's leaders, offering an immersive pre-professional experience. These up and coming musicians learned about the art of video game music through watching presentations, engaging in thought provoking conversation, and playing the music alongside MPSO members.

Latin Grammy week definitely couldn't go by without some Yandel! A select group of FIU string players joined the reggaeton artist on stage once more, this time in celebration of his recent Grammy nomination.

Playing the Dvorak Piano Quintet No. 2 in A major has been a dream of mine for years. Not only has it come true, but our first major performance of it was on live radio! We were featured on the WDNA 88.9FM Jazz Station, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to play my dream piece with such a wonderful group.

The Miami Pixel String Quartet had so much fun performing at the IWAI anime convention this past November. We had an exciting lineup of music from video games, anime, and popular movies. We also couldn't help but smile seeing how excited the audience got hearing their favorite pieces.

Reggaeton meets classical music! The Florida International University Symphony Orchestra collaborated with Grammy Award winning artist, Yandel, in celebration of his new album, "ELYTE". There were so many moving parts, which made it all the more enriching to be part of and to see the final product. Pictured here are the violin and viola sections, which made up one end of the stage, in our final rehearsal.

Thanks to the ASME@WAU Music Festival, I had the chance to perform with a talented violist from China at the Chinese Embassy in Washington D.C. The event celebrated 45 years of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China. What better way to celebrate unity than with music?

Mendelssohn's c minor piano trio (No. 2 Op. 66)  is one of my favorite pieces now. I truly felt privileged being assigned this beautiful work, studying it, performing it, and now getting to take all those memories with me.

I was ecstatic to sit associate concertmaster for the Bartok Concerto for Orchestra! What a great way to start my 4th and final summer at the Eastern Music Festival. I concluded my final performance by sitting principal 2nd, which felt like the perfect finish. I am SO grateful for EMF and how the faculty have shaped me these past 4 summers!

Florida International University's Symphony Orchestra ended the season with a bang! Musicians from several different countries all came together for the Miami premier of Antonio Estévez's "Cantata Criolla". It was certainly a special and meaningful finale!

A lovely first performance of Beethoven's "Gassenhauer"  Trio, Op. 11, at Florida International University's Departmental Recital.

Sitting associate concertmaster for the Shenandoah Conservatory Symphony Orchestra 2023 Argentina Tour. We performed Mahler's 5th Symphony five times in five different cities, under the baton of Jan Wagner.

Performing in the Shenandoah Conservatory Honors Recital with fellow 2023 graduates!

I finished my third and final senior recital just a few weeks before graduating!

Premiering my arrangement of Astor Piazzolla's Vuelvo al Sur during my second senior recital.

Here I am in the final stages of preparing for my first senior recital. I performed lesser known works by two well known composers, Felix Mendelssohn and Henri Viuextemps. It was exciting being able to introduce others to these pieces as well.

Brahms Sextet No. 1, Op. 18 performed at Shenandoah Conservatory. This was absolutely one of my favorite semesters of chamber music!

Typical day as a student- focusing on improving technique! (It's just more fun when you have the chapel to yourself)

Shenandoah University opened a vaccination center for part of 2021, where the community first came to get their COVID-19 vaccines. My professor, Akemi Takayama, and I volunteered to perform duets hoping to uplift both the people waiting, and the other volunteers as they worked.

I won my first competition in 2019 playing the Viuextemps Violin Concerto No. 4 in d minor. It took a lot to reach this moment, and it was worth it!
